Oli Doe. Landscape/Sales
Oli is a highly experienced horticulturalist with over 20 years’ experience at Evergreen Exterior Services Ltd. He has worked as a key member of the companies’ sales team for 15 years so his knowledge not only when it comes to horticulture but also what clients in the industry expect in the way of service is outstanding.
Oli has worked with leading landscapers and designers within the industry for numerous years on hundreds of different projects and has wonderful relationships with them, which is one of the reasons they choose to work with Evergreen time and time again. He is dedicated to fulfilling what the client requires, from the point of the quote for the client, to the client placing the order, to the client receiving delivery, Oli ensures that the client is satisfied.
Not only this, but over the past 15 years he has built up fantastic relationships with growers in the UK as well as in many parts of Europe including Belgium, Italy, Spain and Denmark which means he is able to source thousands of different varieties of plants at exceptional speed.
Fergus Pollard. Garden Centre/Sales
Fergus is a highly experienced horticultural professional with over a decade of dedicated service within the Garden Centre and Wholesale industries. Armed with an in-depth knowledge cultivated through RHS training, he brings a wealth of expertise to every project.
As a key member of a team that has achieved the prestigious “Ruxley Rose” and “Plant area of the Year” awards during his garden retail career; Fergus possesses a proven track record of success, and a deep understanding of the service required to best help plant managers nationwide to source and stock the highest quality plants for their garden centers.
By taking full advantage of regular contact with growers from the UK, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Denmark and more, Fergus can offer an ever-expanding range of plants year-round from Christmas trees to bedding plants and everything in between.
Paul Fairhead. New Covent Garden Market Manager
Paul has worked in the horticultural industry ever since leaving school and therefore has a wealth of knowledge within the industry. He first worked for his family’s wholesale plant nursery, who had a stand in New Covent Garden which they sub let to Evergreen Exterior Servies Ltd and were one of the companies first suppliers that is where Pauls’ relationship with Evergreen Exterior Services began, right at the establishment of the company!
When his brother took over the family business, he started working for Evergreen Exterior Services Ltd at our branch in New Covent Garden, already a very well-known face in the market, he suited the position perfectly.
He now has over 6 years’ experience at Evergreen Exterior Services Ltd. He’s been an integral employee to the smooth running of the operation at New Covent Garden and worked his way up to Market Manager 2 years ago.
His relationships with the companies’ customers and suppliers are second to none this mixed with his wealth of knowledge when it comes to horticulture means that not only are our clients happy and return time and time again but the branch at New Covent Garden runs seamlessly.
Thea Pitcher. Consultation
Evergreen Exterior Services has launched a plant-sourcing consultation service for garden and landscape designers with Thea Pitcher, a Kew-trained horticulturist who has worked in TV with Alan Titchmarsh and BBC Gardeners' World.
Thea trained at Royal Botanic Gardens Kew and has 25 years experience in horticulture, design, planting and TV gardening.
Throughout her career, Thea has collaborated with high-profile clients and worked on commercial and domestic properties, creating and installing bespoke planting schemes. Thea has also advised landscapers and designers, creating project planting plans.
The service is available by appointment with the Banstead, Surrey-based nursery, which is one of the UK's biggest suppliers of plants to the landscape and retail sectors.
