- All plants are made available subject to stock being unsold upon receipt of order.
- All stock is believed to be healthy and true to name. Our liability is limited to the replacement of plants or refund of the price paid.
- Notification of damage or complaint should be made at once and confirmed in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
- The Company cannot be held responsible for any damage to purchased plants as a result of extreme climatic activity.
- No liability is accepted for non-availability of goods.
- Substitutions – should the Company be out of stock on any specific size or variety, the nearest size or variety will be supplied unless otherwise instructed.
- Our credit terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice.
- VAT is charged at the prevailing rate.
- Evergreen Exterior Services Limited may withhold delivery of goods to the customer if awaiting payments of any sum due from the customer to the Company.
- All goods shall remain the property of Evergreen Exterior Services Limited until they have been paid for in full.
- All prices are subject to alteration without notice.
- Risk of damage to, or loss of the goods shall pass to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer’s premises.
- It is the customer’s own responsibility to provide a safe area for the delivery of all goods and to provide machinery or manpower to assist with unloading, no liability can be accepted the Company herewith.
- Where deliveries are expected on CC trolleys, exchange will be accepted only on the delivery day, no trolleys will be left unless notice has previously been give and agreed.
- We offer a roadside delivery service only.
