Responsibilities: Answering calls, taking and processing orders and dealing with telephone enquiries in relation to sales, providing quotations and dealing with emails from key clients in a timely and professional manner, purchasing plants from suppliers when and where necessary.
The ideal candidate will have, excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Experience in the garden or professional horticultural sector and be able to demonstrate excellent plant knowledge. As well as academic qualifications. We require a driven individual who has exceptional sales/customer service skills within a commercial environment.
